Some items may require additional shipping costs and delivery time due to weight. Actual shipping costs are reflected at the time your order is placed.
Some products require expedited shipping due to size, weight or the perishable nature of the product. Additional charges for such products are listed at the time of order.
We currently are unable to ship web orders to Alaska, Hawaii or International destinations. Contact us via email at info@shopyellow.com and we can arrange shipment to these destinations at additional cost.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or P.O. Zip Codes. Coupons, rewards, and other special promotions cannot be applied to Delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
Address Verification
We verify the name and address on your order against the bank's records. We will not process the order unless all billing and shipping information can be verified. If you share a card with a family member, please be sure your name is on the account.
Alternative Shipping Addresses
We ask that all customers shipping to an address other than the billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you.
